Once an order has shipped and cannot be cancelled, the applicable Return and Refund Policy will apply.

- 48-hour shipping-damage reporting period
- 7-day defective, incorrect, or missing-product reporting period

9. Manufacturer and Supplier Terms

- Bringing an eligible claim in small claims court
- Seeking appropriate injunctive or equitable relief concerning intellectual property or other rights where permitted by law
